If you have an event at Knotting Hills, this is just down the road, 6-7 minutes away. It’s a well appointed small-ish apartment space with a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with shower and tub, and washer/dryer in unit. Check in was easy. Price was reasonable, but it is also November and definitely the “off season”. The only “negative” I would say is that there was a “cleaning list” for guests to do, on top of a cleaning fee. It included stripping sheets, pillow cases, and duvet covers, gathering all laundry and starting laundry (even down to which items they wanted you to start with), washing dishes and stacking and starting the dishwasher, collecting all the trash and taking it out if it was trash day, cleaning any appliances you used, turning off all electronics and lights, changing the thermostat to 60 degrees… what is the cleaning fee for if guests do most of the cleaning?
