Me hospedei no LEMES a uns 7 anos atrĆ”s, hotel muito bom e bem cuidado a Ć©poca, me decepcionei com as condiƧƵes no momento, nĆ£o fosse pelo excelente atendimento do colaborador Patrick e do colaborador da noite, que no momento me fugiu o nome, teria sido decepĆ§Ć£o total, sem contar que ao chegar para realizar o check-in fui informado que o horĆ”rio do cafĆ© da manhĆ£ seria de 7:30 hs atĆ© 10:30 hs, entramos no quarto andar para tomar o cafĆ© as 9:30 hs, pois chegamos cansados dos passeios no dia anterior, nĆ£o tinha pratos, facas e o mais simples o cafĆ©, a minha esposa pediu as copeiras, que ligaram para a portaria questionando o horĆ”rio, dizendo que o cafĆ© Ć© atĆ© as 9:30, nĆ£o sei o que houve ou escutou, serviu o cafĆ© que jĆ” nĆ£o Ć© muito bom , com uma tremenda mĆ” vontade. Fiquei sem graƧa perante a minha familia, pois tinha falado muito bem do "antigo" HOTEL LEMES.

InstalaƧƵes nĆ£o condiz com as fotos do site, mĆ³veis muito velhos, ar condicionado sujo, paredes mofadas, quarto extremamente pequeno. O que salvou foi o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ e o atendimento da senhora que foi extremamente atenciosa. Fiquei muito decepcionada, nĆ£o volto nunca mais nesse hotel.

localizado prĆ³ximo ao centro da cidade, Ć  beira do rio ParaĆ­ba do Sul. Necessita de manutenĆ§Ć£o, sobretudo no quarto 106, onde ficamos. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© bĆ”sico, com frutas, pĆ£o de queijo. Ovos mexidos basta pedir. Os atendentes sĆ£o muito atenciosos.

Reservei o hotel pra poder usufruir da piscina, chegando ao final da hospedagem nĆ£o conseguimos ultilizar. No primeiro dia a piscina estava reservada para um outro grupo( acho que a piscina deveria ser para todos os hĆ³spedes) No segundo dia a piscina estava imprĆ³pria para utilizaĆ§Ć£o (suja). Ou seja, isso que o hotel deixou a desejar. Obs: Atendimento dos funcionĆ”rios excelente.

Estacionamento ruim, muita lama, local sem cobertura, aberto onde qq pessoa tem acesso, seguranƧa zero! Quarto apertado e limpeza superficial. Hotel diz ter piscina, porĆ©m nĆ£o Ć© algo que possamos chamar de piscina...Ć© uma banheira comunitĆ”ria que mal cabem 4 pessoas. A cozinha nĆ£o estava servindo refeiĆ§Ć£o no dia 31 durante o dia....ficamos sem refeiĆ§Ć£o, tivemos que buscar alternativas na regiĆ£o. O quarto ficou sem energia e para falar com a recepĆ§Ć£o precisava ir pessoalmente, pois nĆ£o tem telefone para solicitar atendimento. O problema demorou a ser resolvido, era simples, desarmou o disjuntor geral do andar inteiro....mas precisamos aguardar em mĆ©dia 30min...

Nunca mais voltarei....
Nossa chegada foi marcada por atendentes mal humorados, nos colocaram em um quarto minisculo com a janela do banheiro virada para o corredor e esta mesma com frestas, paredes mofadas, lencol sujo, luminarias da cabeceira da cama cheia de sujeira. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ simples ao estremo, estacionamento no final da rua totalmente aberto sem nenhuma seguranƧa..
