This was my 3rd and last stay, and unfortunately, it fell well below expectations. The room had numerous issues, including broken furniture, a non-functional safe, dusty shower curtains, and flickering lights. Despite repeated calls to reception, the problems persisted, and the staff response was dismissive and unprofessional. The pool area also showed a lack of proper maintenance. The water did not appear to be properly drained or cleaned, and the jacuzzi was filthy, clearly not sanitized after questionable use by prior guests. Signs of mold were visible around the pool area, which was concerning. As a result, we did not dare to use the fitness room. However, there were some positives. The rooftop was well-maintained and provided a nice ambiance despite the neglected pool. The massage and sauna services were excellent, and the waiter who delivered drinks to the pool area was attentive and friendly. The conference rooms were well-equipped, offering good privacy for meetings. The employees, especially the frontline staff, tried their best, but it’s clear the management is the downfall of this hotel. For a brand like NH Collection, I expected much better attention to detail and overall quality. This property is now on my red list and not one I can recommend.

This was my 3rd and last stay. Upon arrival, the room had several issues: a broken table, non-functional safe, dusty shower curtain, broken lights, and an empty fridge. Despite calling reception three times, the tech couldn’t fix the issues that evening. While he was kind and willing to help, the problems remained. My lady raised the concerns, but the receptionist rudely suggested we “book a higher-end room.” This unprofessionalism upset us both. The second room offered was worse, with hazards like a missing safe lock, broken bathroom curtain, and a foul odor. The third room, a downgrade to a double bed, had a non-flushing toilet, drainage issues, flickering lights, and a broken phone. My partner decided to stay at her parents’ house for the night. Despite being an Expedia Gold member entitled to a free upgrade, I received no acknowledgment. After losing three appointments due to delays, we decided to cancel and relocate to Hotel Sites. Positives: Breakfast was good, and staff like Jerome and the majordomos were professional. However, overcharges ($70 for 8 shirts) and witnessing other guests complaining about being overcharged (e.g., for coffee) confirmed this hotel is now on my red list. For the price and reputation, I expected much better. This was one of my most disappointing hotel experiences, and I cannot recommend this property.
