Very close to metro and central station

The hotel is conveniently located being in central Beijing, right outside a metro stop and very close to the main station. The hotel was generally ok - everything was to an acceptable standard but nothing was particularly memorable. Breakfast was packed and it was very difficult to find a table. The staff were fine but seemed overly busy and a bit distracted to help at times. Overall it didn't feel like a Novotel hotel. It was more of a generic hotel with some Novotel branding.

Great location in Central Beijing

The hotel is in an excellent location, literally it is just outside Chongwenmen station, very easy to get from and to and the main circle route of the underground is perfect to see all the major attractions. The amenities of the hotel were excellent and the cleanliness was very high. There is a spa within the hotel which I can highly recommend, as it is supplied from a hot spring, it was very relaxing and perfect after a hard days touring of a great city! The staff spoke very good English and were always willing to help to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel and a bakery next door which does fantastic pastries. The free Wifi really helped with planning and organising, very reliable and fast. Overall the hotel is excellent and will definitely book again when I travel to Beijing!!!

très bien placé près du centre et devant une station de métro. On regrette que certaines chambres aient une très petite fenetre donnant sur un atrium et l'absence de minibar dans la chambre
