Overall this was a great stay. I would definity stay again. The exact location was a bit different than i expected but that was due to my own lack of planning. The accommodation was pleasant and tidy. the people were very helpful. assistance from the owel

Not what I expected

It was decent but the photos are a bit misleading...outdated with remnants of yesteryear throughout. The roof access is actually outside of the room (with a clothes hanging on a clothes line). The sitting area (with the view) has outside exit is an locked emergency only exit (no access to outdoors). No access to dock. Broke down/non running vehicles in front with old tires thrown into the water. The best things about the property was the actual view and the housekeeper who was so very accommodating and our only contact at the property. Main complaint..security cameras are posted apparently to keep watch of guests coming and going so management can go to guests room to make sure the a/c and ceiling fan are off. I understand conservation but I find this extreme and invasive. Overall, I think personally don't believe it's worth the hype. When we return to Belize, we'll choose other accomodations.

Good location and excellent views of the Carribean

We very much enjoyed our three week stay in Belize. The location of this property outside of Ladyville is close to the airport, which was helpful as we had guests stay. Access to the major highways also made it easy to explore various sites in different parts of the country. The views are exactly as shown in the photos. Zenaida and her assistant Kenroy were most helpful and responsive to requests. There are numerous restaurants and markets within five miles, which facilitated dining and shopping. We had Chef Carlos prepare two dinners when our guests arrived....excellent fresh seafood well prepared. Carlos was a recommendation from Zenaida and we would recommend his services for a memorable in unit dining experience.
