My family had two rooms. Both rooms were great, but the moldy tile grout in the bathrooms with both rooms made me feel uncomfortable. I honestly wished I packed shower slippers because I didnt want to come back home with athletes foot. This hotel also needs to put an ironing board and iron in all the rooms. It's highly inconvenient I have to discover it's not already in the room the morning I leave. Let me be clear. Irons and ironing boards are standard items in all hotel rooms above 3 star. This seemed really silly that management chose to make this standard amenity a per request item. It's really simple with what management needs to do. Set 5 rooms off market per day to do deep cleans of the bathrooms. Why don't the windows have screens? This wasnt a problem in winter, but this would definitely be an inssue on spring or summer. I don't want mosquitoes coming into my room. I really like this hotel, but it's a little weird on what management prioritizes.

Not as much room services. They provided dishes and glasses, etc, but no dishwasher for washing. You couldn’t adequately hand wash the items as there was no dish strainer, no towels for kitchen.

This hotel was close to Western Washington University. This is a great historic hotel. We liked the separation of the bedroom and the kitchenette and the living room. My husband and I came to visit with our daughter who is interested in attending in the fall. Everything was within walking distance. And the hotel is dog friendly! We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back and stay again.

Old hotel lacked the normal conveniences, like phone, bedroom dresser, handwash soap. Suite with kitchenette lacked cookware & utensils. When asked if we wanted these in the room, we said yes, but had to ask again after checking in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is great for shopping and dining downtown.
