We were provided early access, but the entry code did not work. Upon contact via text, a new code was given, and it didn't work. We had to default to the lockbox in the carport to gain entry. During this process, we were provided a local phone number if we had further questions. When attempting to use this local contact, we instead were routed to a call center. Unfortunately, they weren't able to help. We were inquiring about simple issues like using the remote for the TV. Among all the welcome info, there was nothing regarding the remote and access to the TV. We were unable to utilize the TV, other than the sports channel it was stuck on. The bed on the 1st floor was uncomfortable. Overall, just seemed to be a bumpy stay. I'm sorry.
