Work Trip
We have an annual meeting in Bentonville each year and try to stay all under one roof. This house was set up great for us. Very nice house, clean, and new. The knock was there is hardly any cooking supplies in the house. There was one skillet and two pans. If you plan on cooking you might want to bring your own. Also, is says you can walk to downtown, you can if you want to walk 3-5 miles. Overall great place.

I visited this house on a biking and golfing weekend trip. The house is centrally located not far from downtown and easy and easy out to the trail as you could possibly imagine. The home itself is beautiful and has plenty to do During the times we were at the property. There’s a game room and a hot tub. House is very modern and really pretty and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Amazing place. Perfect location to hit the trail. Plenty of room to spread out. Great open area for gathering and hang time. Hot tub is nice plus! Owner quick to respond to problems. Event sent someone to replace broken coffee pot and clean hot tub within an hour of asking. Definitely coming back here!

Birthday at crystal bridges
Experiencing the art at crystal bridges and the wonderful restaurants of Bentonville afforded a wonderful family birthday celebration. The home offered a surprising functional areas and private bedrooms for the 7 of us. High ceilings and new everything was a treat. Close to town and walkable to the bridges. Good media and WiFi. Perfection
The house is perfectly located by the Tech and Flow hubs of Slaughter Pen. A 9 min drive to Coler, and 24 min drive to the Railyard. Just absolutely prime location for riding. The house itself is awesome. King beds for all rooms mean no negotiating who sleeps where. Plenty of sofas for all to lounge after a day of trail riding and before jumping in the included hot tub. The property manager addressed my issues immediately and courteously. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Such a great home!
I would definitely stay here again! The property management was so responsive and the home was absolutely stunning. Such an amazing layout with everything you need & much better than a hotel. Location was great for my use (work trip) but I could see it also being great for someone coming to town with friends/family as it’s close to the downtown area too. Also — the mattresses 😍 I’m about to buy one for my own house!

Great house, excellent location
The property is accurately described, and is modern, spacious, well-lit, and clean. The only disappointment was that the property next door is currently under construction, so there was daytime noise. The good news is, it is fairly close to completion, and we were out every day. But we would have preferred to have been told about it. There is also a numbering problem with the house - it is listed as a different street number to what is on the front porch

The home is beautiful, well stocked and has the most comfortable beds. The AC worked great and this was very much needed over the 4th of July week. Our family enjoyed the grill, hot tub and game room. We'd love to stay here again!

Great location!
This is our second trip to Bentonville and we really enjoyed this house. There was plenty of room, comfortable beds and a large, stocked kitchen. The garage was great for storing bikes and the hot tub was an added benefit. The trail is right next to the house and downtown is a short car ride. We would definitely stay here again.

This location was perfect for a mountain bike vacation with three families for a total of 10 people. The game room upstairs was a huge plus for the 10-year old as well as the two 16-year olds (and the 40-something dads!).

Fillmore House in Bentonville
We absolutely loved this home! It was stunning, spacious, and offered great amenities. We drove from MN specifically for a mountain bike trip so it was terrific to have space for our trucks to park and room for our bikes. The proximity to the trails was wonderful as our kids could pop out on their own whenever they wanted. The home was relaxing and the kitchen/bathrooms were fabulous. We can't wait to plan our next trip.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway at the Fillmore
This property was the perfect setting for a weekend getaway for our group of 9 friends. The location was just a short drive from downtown Bentonville and several trails. Inside, each of the 3”4 bedrooms was large with a king size bed. The kitchen and outdoor BBQ area were perfect for cooking large meals, while the hot tub, fire pit, game room, and large living room with fire place all were great places to unwind and relax. To top it all off, the house was designed and decorated perfectly. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the hosts were extremely responsive to any questions throughout our stay. We loved our time here and highly recommend it!
