In the heart of Berlin you will find this modern furnished 2 - bedroom apartment (85sqm). Located in Berlin-Moabit which is a district of Berlin-Mitte, the city-west as well as the center of Berlin is easily accessible. The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people. It has 2 separate bedrooms. Sightseeing, nightlife, Tegel Airport and the main railway station are within easy reach.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Free public parking is available directly in front of the front door. On request, a parking space can be booked (10 Euro / day).

Wir waren zum Seminar in Berlin und waren mit 2 Ehepaare in der großzügigen Wohnung. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und alles erforderliche vorhanden. Ein wenig irritierend ist beim buchen die Bezahlung, da muss man genau hinsehen wann man wo oder bei wem bezahlen muss, das könnte einfacher gestaltet werden, Ansonsten Top !

Tolle und grosszügige Ferienwohnung

Das Objekt ist sehr ansprechend und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Wohnung und Wäsche waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Liebevolles Begrüssungs- und Abschieds"packet". Kritikpunkte: Kommunikation betreffend Buchung, Check in und out sowie Begrüssungsbrief nur auf englisch. ich kann kein englisch und musste Drittpersonen hinzuziehen. Lärmige Mitbewohner ( in anderen Wohnungen). Durch die nahe Bahnstrecke ebenfalls lärmig. deshalb auch die wenigen Punkte zur Lage und Umgebung. Sehr positiv möchte ich hervorheben, dass unsere Kontaktanfrage bezüglich fehlender Sitzkissen für die Terrassenmöbel umgehend auf deutsch beantwortet wurde und die Polster am Abend, als wir wieder ins Quartier kamen, vor der Türe standen.
