This was the perfect home and location to celebrate my 40th with family and friends. The pictures do not do this house and the grounds justice. A dream place to host any special event. A luxury home away from home that had everything we needed for a family holiday for all ages. The heated pool & spa was a bonus as we could swim in the middle of winter which added to our enjoyment. Perfect family getaway
Highly recommend. My siblings, kids and grandparents throughly enjoyed our stay celebrating a special milestone birthday for my mum. Kylie was responsive, but not remotely intrusive. She genuinely wants her guests to enjoy this beautiful property which is even better than the pictures. The house was well appointed with everything we needed and things we didn't even know we needed. The pool, multiple living spaces, bedrooms, outdoor areas are so thoughtfully put together and meant we all had our own space but equally could come together as a family. Location is quiet and private yet still close to town.

Family weekend celebration
Amazing place to stay for the weekend celebrating our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. Comfortably accommodated the 15 of us and the multiple living areas were perfect. Even though it was raining and we couldn’t utilize the fire pit and outdoor dining it provided a lovely outlook from the undercover outdoor entertaining area. Will definitely come back!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Berry Luxury Retreat over the long weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday with 14 of my closest friends and I simply cannot express how exceptional our experience was. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of pure opulence and comfort. Our stay was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by a stunning, meticulously decorated interior that exuded elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail in every aspect of the design was truly awe-inspiring. The living spaces were not only impeccably styled but also incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen was a chef's delight, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and stocked with everything one could possibly need. The bedrooms were havens of comfort, each with its own unique and tasteful decor. The linens and bedding were of the highest quality, and I enjoyed the most restful and rejuvenating sleep during my stay. Thank you to our host Kylie for her communication before during and after our stay. Our family including 11 adults and 8 children ranging from 1-7 years had the absolute best time. As an extended family - 4 couples and 5 kids, this property provided everyone and more that we needed for a family birthday celebration. We could dine in, enjoy the grounds, the pizza oven, everything was amazing. On the front lawn with the little ones we had so much fun, so safe. Our dog was in his happy place too. Family birthday big weekend
We had 14 adults and 4 kids to a big weekend to celebrate a 60th birthday. We were looking for somewhere to enjoy a few days together as well as a big dinner on Sat night. This venue delivered across every level. As everyone arrived, every second word was “wow”. Unfortunately the wind on the Friday night prevented us having dinner next to the pizza oven. On a good night that would be sensational. Our pizzas were the best I have had and the inside dining was very good. The dinner on the verandah on Saturday night was just sensational. In between, the fire pit, swings, pool, hot tub and Berry locality was more than enough to satisfy everyone for the weekend. Everything is provided and the quality and ambience was perfect. The property is more than what the words and pictures convey.

Perfect Retreat
We held a small wedding for my daughter and her fiance at the property. The property was set up with everything we could think of and more. It had so many hidden surprises to make the event and stay relaxing and special. The design of the property both inside and out was amazing and made the backdrop for the wedding perfect. The owners were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to accommodate anything we needed. To be able to stay the extra night meant we could relax the day after the wedding and spend time together before packing up on the Monday and heading off.
