Bonne situation de la location, secteur calme, loin des plages, mais commerces et port de St Quay à 10 mn à pied, un petit problème d'odeur d'égouts dans le sous-sol, désagréable pour rejoindre la chambre du bas, dommage, sinon cette petite maison est confortable
