Pretty average hotel in central Birmingham, entrance appearance was poor with check-in located on 3rd floor. Overall room price ok but the bar prices were very high in comparison to other hotels.

Good stay in a very clean room with easy check in & check out. Breakfast was very good. Only criticisms I would have were that the Car Park is not easy to find, and more should be done to provide directions in this respect, and there was a £15 charge for the Car Park which I cannot recall seeing details of when I booked.

Good stay! Room was fine and great location in Birmingham, all the staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was incredibly disappointing though! Massive queues, areas not kept clean and food was cold - for a hotel this size and for the cost I was expecting much better!

First visit, sign for car park is very hard to see, vocal message on phone could do with advice to drive past the euro car park and drive further down the road, so we and others in our party went in the wrong one. Bed for a couple too small, air conditioning continued all night after switching off, at time of booking didn’t realise the night life outside didn’t stop til around 4am!!! I’m a nut shell we got around 3 hours sleep and woke feeling exhausted. Not a good experience !

Lovely stay
Excellent stay, friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and tidy, facilities all very good. Would have liked a bedside table for each side of bed but was ok. Parked at local car park, bars and restaurants local. Breakfast busy around 9am on Sunday but that's expected at weekends. Would certainly stay again.

Good location for the concert and the breakfast was very nice. Glad we managed to get a room away from the front of the building due to noise from the bar on broad street.

Despite having 4 available the lifts take forever at the peak times (around check in and breakfast and check out). The rooms have clearly been updated somewhat but only 2 usb sockets at desk and not bedside wasnt very convenient. TV is ok but not Smart TV (which ive had before at other Hampton site). Showering wasnt great as the shampoo holder fell off in the shower with an almighty crash and luckily I wasnt hurt. Then the hairdryer didnt work so had to call reception and wait around until someone could bring another to the room. Overall its ok. Value-wise its good due to the breakfast and location for Arena etc but I wouldn't say it showcases the brand as well as it could.
