I was very pleased with this property all the staff was friendly made sure all our needs were met they went over and beyond making our stay worth every penny we spent and I will be booking with them again in the near future. Even the maintenance man was very friendly and and pleasant to talk to whenever he would take a break I enjoyed talking to Ashton he was very nice and polite. I was very pleased with our stay here we stayed for a week. The only thing was the hotel is back off the highway and it was awkward to get into it but that is the transportations doings not the hotel but once we knew what way was easiest to get into the property it was not a problem. There was plenty of dining choices and stores close actually more than you could imagine and traffic was more than you can imagine too but the stay here was worth the price. Thank you to all the staff that went over above and beyond their call of duty. I rate you a 5star plus another 5 if I could Thank you Quality Inn And Suites in Birmingham. Great location, close to dining and shopping. Heater in room was bipolar, ranging from 61 to 67 in room, couldn't hold temp. Pool was closed 3 of the 4 days we were there. Breakfast was decent

The Quality Inn was an enjoyable overnight stop. The hotel is dated and in need of updating. If you can over look that it was clean and functional for the most part. We had a short shower curtain that would not stay in the tub when showering. But, once again.... if you can look beyond the over paint, nicked furniture and walls, and aged lavatory features, it had a fairly comfortable bed and linens for a decent night's sleep. Also, had a lovely HEATED pool that was clean and maintained. The Continental Breakfast was minimal but acceptable. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Kudos to you all! Keep up the great work. For price and comfort, this stop fit the bill.

There was a winter storm when we arrived,went to check in early they would let us but made us pay a early check in fee I mean really them had to leave early the night before we were supposed to leave unexpectedly They could have offered to refund the early check in fee I thought Breakfast was good,pool was heated so the kids enjoyed that
