Amazing view, Amazing service

I have wanted to stay here for years and the experience lived up to my high expectations. I paid extra for a city view room and it was worth it! - the view was amazing! The service I received from everyone was great too, the team really went out of their way. I was able to check in slightly early, got a complimentary drink and a nice personal touch to my room. I will be back!

Nice hotel right in the centre of Birmingham, a bit noisy though as loads of traffic and parking was not available at the hotel- option offered to park at 10 min walking distance though. Overall I would say good as convenient to walk to restaurants etc.

The curtain ruined it.

The check in was great and the staff are super helpful. The room looked fabulous and we appreciated the burthday card and chocolates. The bed is massive and really comfortable. However, the curtain didn't reach into the corner near the headboard so instead of a lovely relaxing lie in, we were wakened by bright light from 6.30. Also, the fridge and the tv didn't work.

Would definitely stay again

Booked for 2 nights, first visit too Birmingham so was excited to see as much as possible. Check in was fine, paid for parking in the Britannia car park. Had to pay a hotel deposit on booking in. Had a superior room on the 15th floor, greeted by a birthday card and small bottle of Prosecco and a couple of chocolates which was a lovely surprise. Room was spacious and the bed very very comfortable, bath & shower was an added bonus. Carpet very worn and could do with replacing soon. Complimentary water and tea, coffee ect.mini fridge was handy too use for our drinks. Breakfast was good but would have liked too have seen more continental selections. Got breakfast was good and scrambled eggs were delicious. Walls were sound proof as heard no other guests so completely peaceful. Close too the shopping centre and great restaurants so il definitely come back here, overall a great stay.
