The house is absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully organized, and with a perfect view.
It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the rooms were large and just as pictured. It truly is a spectacular place to spend a vacation.
However, there were a few disappointing aspects that affected our experience. The bathrooms had a very unpleasant sewage smell, especially the toilets in some of the rooms. That was difficult to ignore during our stay.
Another major issue was the check-in process. We were left waiting outside the house for over 40 minutes with two small children in the heat, because the person responsible for meeting us (Rouse) arrived very late. We had groceries and were tired after our trip, so that delay was frustrating and uncomfortable.
Additionally, the host was not flexible with any of our requests. We asked for a late checkout — knowing there was no reservation right after ours — and even offered to pay extra for it, but the request was denied without any real consideration.
Overall, the house is gorgeous and has a lot of potential, but the service and support left much to be desired. If you’re traveling with children or need some flexibility, keep this in mind before booking.
