Really nice hotel, very clean and nice room. Well kept. The breakfast was great. The staff were very professional. There was a creaky noise in our rooms, probably from the wood or the heater. The TV was on the older side, but not a big deal for us.

A little hiccup...
It was very nice until we experienced no hot water for our shower on the 2nd night. My husband has to ask for some compensation due to the inconvenience. We traveled with 2 teens and just came back from an all day snow boarding. It was very uncomfortable without hor shower. Eventually, we did get 1 night free from the hotel. That was nice because we had stayed at the hotel before. We came back because we want to enjoy the wonderful pool area and outdoor scenery that the hotel has.

Really nice fireside seating and outdoor design. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. As far as free hotel buffet breakfasts this is the best I’ve seen.

The location was great, next to the most famous bakery in town. The lobby ambiance was nice. The rooms were big enough and fairly comfortable. Breakfast was so bad, they were not serving enough food, not enough plates or utensils, not even enough bread, and people had to wait a long time to get a clean plate and the food was just very simple and ok. There was no room service during our stay and whenever we requested room service, the answer was that because of holidays it's an employee appreciation they don't clean the rooms until the day we check out!!!!!

Cozy and scenic in Bishop!
We loved everything about our room from the bed to the sitting area, the cozy robes to wear to the hot tub, and the patio with a view to the trees and stream. Outstanding all around. Oh yeah -- plus a coffee maker in the room and breakfast in the restaurant.

We used this as a stopover before our Mammoth ski day. The room was quiet and clean. Location is convenient to walk to restaurants. The free breakfast was above average for "free" and started at 6am on a week day, so allowed us to head up the mountain to arrive in time for the first chair lift. Staff was great. We would stay here again.

Great location, walkable to downtown and it’s right next to the famous schats bakery. Across the street is the city park, picnic, bring the kids to see the ducks and get some steps in. There is also a public pool and a little skate park. Near by the park is a dog park and baseball field. Great hotel location, with the higher price for convenience. This will definitely be our number one choice.
