It can be very difficult to reach anyone at the rental company. When we checked in, I noticed that neither the TV on the upper nor lower deck was operational. This was one of the features I was most excited about when renting this property. I had to make multiple phone calls to get them to send a service technician to troubleshoot the issue. When the technician finally arrived at the end of day two, he informed me that he would not be able to fix the problem.
I find it suspicious that both TVs on the upper and lower floors would break at the same time without the rental company being aware of the issue. My suspicion is that they don’t want to pay to have them fixed and don’t want to tell renters that they are non-operational. Otherwise, the place is fantastic. Just be aware that it may be difficult to contact the rental agency
