The fact that I purchased a bigger room with 2 beds and they refused to give me the room i paid for instead said we apologize we will get you a roll away bed. I think is absolutely ridiculous because they can see what i purchased and didn't stand by the reservation

The staff is perfectly trained , accommodating and welcoming! Stayed here 15 yrs ago and returned for these reasons-Old world charm, comfy beds, extremely secure and safe. Delicious bar & restaurants one where authentic Italian food is served! Phenomenal breakfast buffet & fresh cocktails at the bar. Highly recommend for business or pleasure if wanting to stay in the northern part of the city. Big mall across the street with Éxito and lots of shops and food within walking distance.

We have been before and enjoyed it, so we came f or an anniversary breal. The hotel is well-situated. It is large and you can end up walking a fair way for breakfast! Breakfast is buffet-style and comprehensive. The bar closes at 10.00 pm and has little atmosphere but the cocktails are first class! The staff are super helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to stay, and we'll be back!
