Every single front office person i talked to, was amazing. They were so nice and helpful. The hot tub didn't work for most of our trip. We were treated poorly by the guys fixing the hot tub. They were really rude to everyone coming in and checking to see if the hot tub was working, yet. On our last night, they finally got it fixed, so we were able to enjoy it. The beds were so so so hard. It was almost like sleeping on the floor. We woke up with pretty severe back pain, but the hotel itself, and the staff were so great, i wouldn't take away stars for the hard beds or the rude hot tub guys. We brought our 4 kids, and the room had 3 beds. It was spacious and we had plenty of room. Breakfast was decent. They had eggs, potatoes, and sausage. They had a waffle maker, and cereal. It wasn't super special, but it wasn't bad. I liked that it was right next to the mall. I took the kids to the mall while my husband worked. It was great to be able to walk over there. Also plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Fiiz is great, if you want soda! We'd stay here again, if we ever need to come back for more than a night.

Clean and staff pleasant. Couch way too small and uncomfortable for watching TV and relaxing. Wallpaper needs replacing. Stayed one week and requested room be cleaned once but wasn’t done. Gathered our own towels to be changed and other supplies.
