This hotel was a fine place to stay, near both downtown and family for us. The rooms are well sized, and breakfast options are good. My largest issue was with internet. We appeared to be in a fairly dead spot for data coverage, one bar at most with T-Mobile service, and the Wi-Fi available at the hotel was not secured and weak. I was never able to enter so much as a website from my phone. Unless you are traveling with a hotspot if you need internet this could be a tough choice.

Our keys were not working & we were locked out of our room for almost 2 hours sleeping in the hall way because we were so tired. My cousin needed to take his meds & they were locked in the room. We would like a refund.

I liked that it was so near the Boise River and the walking path. The room was big and laid out nicely. There were plenty of lights and plugs. I thought the shower was nice, too. The room got too hot at night and when we set it at 63, it didn’t seem to make a difference. We think the heater may need to be adjusted. The hashbrowns and sausage were cold. We have stayed here before, and they were cold then, too.
