Staff friendly and responsive when called front desk for concern about dogs playing and constant barking in room next to ours. Only other concern was the air conditioning/heater unit was a little loud as it turned on and off during the night.

Great hotel Within minutes to destinations.

Housekeeping was super great, always came back to a very tidy room. Front desk was great too! Helpful and cheerful. It was a great location, just perfect for what we needed. Very comfy.

They make you and i do mean make you get out of your room every 72 hrs so they can clean it. Because i have a small dog i was made to set outside in the cold and wait for them to clean my room. They tell you to smoke in designated areas, while the staff smokes in none designated areas.

I found a hair in the pillow, a bloodspot behind the head board, some used q-tips and the tip to a hypodermic syringe in the trash can. Also, the maid entered my room while I was gone with the "do not disturb" sign on my door.
