The staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly, but the Queen room we were in (which the front desk said all the large rooms with a queen bed are the same), the couch looks like it’s missing one end, and the small fridge is in in a cabinet under the desk but because the fridge doesn’t fit in the cabinet, the cabinet door can’t close. With the cabinet door unable to close, it interferes with the ability to open the closet door as the two doors hit each other. The layout is strange at best. The sheets on the bed feel like plastic and the “comforter” is paper thin. Perhaps a different type of room within the hotel is better, but this particular style is not comfortable. The accommodations are sub-par in my opinion, but the common areas are very nice and clean and the staff are very friendly.

The Hilton on Park Square is perfectly located off the Boston Common and the best shopping in Boston on Newberry Street. Our room was nice but the bathroom was a bit small for modern standards.

Large suite with small bathroom and no power.
We had a suite that was large, but the bathroom was smaller than the closet. The executive table did not have any power, o, we couldn't charge or work with our computers. They didn't have a replacement room, so we stayed in a accessory or handicap room that at least had a larger bathroom. Two days later or half our stay later they gave us a one-bedroom suite. Not a very good experience.
