The room was a little small and we had trouble checking in at 11:00 pm -- the door bell wasn't answered. We did call the hotel and someone came to let us in. We didn't realize that it was a pretty good distance from Boston so we got a hotel in Boston for our final night.

Always love staying at the Wylie as I have a student athlete there. Friends and family is only good if you book way in advance. Know your schedule! No microwave in the room is a major bummer.

I decided to visit Salem last minute for Halloween and this was one of the last available properties nearby. It turned out to be the best location ever! Only 15 minutes drive away from Salem, in a beautiful, quiet area of Beverly. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, I spent a morning walking around, admiring the fountain and the trees changing colors this time of the year. Check in went smoothly and the front desk staff was always friendly, helpful and welcoming. I loved the room. It smelled absolutely divine. The heating worked great, the bedsheets were clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. Coffeemaker in the room, iron, hairdryer, clean towels, TV with a lot of channels, I mean everything was perfect. Also, this was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying at this location, no complaints at all. Thank you for the lovely service.
