We stayed here for a trip to CU and it was an ideal location, a 3-mile drive to campus & dining options in walking distance. We found parking across the street so didn't have to opt for the $25/night parking garage. The room was spacious and quiet, comfortable beds. The only thing we didn't like was the sliding glass door for the bathroom because you could hear everything and couldn't prevent light from shining into the rest of the room at night. Breakfast was decent and staff was very friendly.

Pearl Street Lodging

I enjoyed how close we were to restaurants and pearl street! Target was also a benefit. Rooms were very cozy and updated ! Only down side not enough sink space but that is just general preference. Will be staying here again in the future !

Check in was a bit late. Our room got pretty cold at night as the hest could not keep up. It was very cold outside so i undertand. But with 2 little kids it wa sless than ideal. The team was super helpful and eventually got it all fixed. Great servoce and very friendly.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast spread, exceptional front-desk service. Only negatives: extremely uncomfortable, hard beds and the heat was completely off (off, not turned down) in my room when I entered, on a night with single-digit exterior temperatures. I turned it on immediately, but the room never completely warmed up, which made for a chilly stay.

It sure would be great to have competent and courteous staff who exude ‘I love my job, how can I improve your stay’ instead of an avoidant surliness and incapacity to do basic things like manage parking charges. Plus, remember the parking is inconvenient. And you might be charged double line me and have hours of wasted objected tine to get to a resolution.
