This 125m2 apartment, located on the ground floor, is composed of a master suite, 2 bedrooms, a living / dining room, a kitchen and a shower room. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a terrace with a view of the swimming pool.
The apartment is fully equipped (fridge, stove, electric oven, washing machine, central air conditioning, cable TV). Bed linen and towels are provided.
Parking in the basement is free (very convenient in hot weather).
The period of July / August is very festive and lively within the residence. Outside this period the residence is quieter.
The beach is wild and not served by public transport, so it is uncrowded and visitors very much appreciate walks or jogging in the morning. At low tide families with children can practice crab fishing.
Activities outside the residence, such as surfing or horse riding are possible at very affordable prices.
In order to enjoy the surroundings, it is recommended to provide a car. Several international car rental agencies are present at airports.
Casablanca and Al Jadida are the two big cities located respectively north and south of the residence (40km), and they are accessible via the highway or the coastal road.
