Overall the property was quaint and clean. A few minor issues related to front door blinds and cracked glass. The shower had mold growing under the handle and should be replaced. The living room tv was not functioning even when following directions. Dan and light in living room may need to be reprogrammed with light. Having only 1 parking space made it challenging to have a golf cart to enjoy on the island. Would recommend you work something out with the municipality to secure additional overflow parking for guests. Otherwise was a nice centralized location, nice beach access, and generally very nice. Great place
The place was wonderful. Towels aplenty. Kitchen ware great. A king size bed which was jAnd best of excellent for the two of us. Couple of suggestions: Chair and sofa were quite soft without much support but this is minor. In addition to advertising that laundry is available for $1.75, it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that it accepts only quarters. We planned on doing wash the last night and had no change on us. Finally, the toaster didn’t work. You have to hold the lever down continuously to get the toasting coils hot. It doesn’t work otherwise. But none of those things spoiled our time there.

Wonderful stay at Beach House #8
Solo traveler last week and my first time to the area. The condo was perfect with everything you'd need! Easy check-in and the unit was super clean. Grateful for the a/c and ceiling fans (excessive heat warnings the entire time, lol). Property management was quick to respond when I had a question about the beach umbrella (rookie here). Trolley stops both northbound and southbound about 50' from the door. Everything was wonderful!

Property was very clean when we arrived. Beautiful views looking over the beach and sunsets. A lot of shops and places to eat in walking distance. Free trolley rides to farther parts of the island.

Couple Getaway
The condo was a very comfortable place with everything you truly need. We enjoyed a long weekend on the beach and enjoyed many of the nearby restaurants. The beach is right outside your door and easy to walk down to. They've provided a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach was not crowded at all so plenty of space to spread out. The water was a beautiful emerald green and clear. Absolutely beautuful! The host communicated great and was accomodating to our travel schedules. Thanks so much and we look forward to a return visit!

Absolutely a perfect location! Beautiful and a great place to walk to fun restaurants. They were tearing down the building next door and will be building on to the restaurant next door. Might want to check with the owners on noise and timeline. Totally stay again after done with construction. Bring soap, shampoo and bath soap.

we enjoyed staying at beach house #8- the location is directly on the gulf we didn't even have to cross a street. there are several dining and drinking venues in walking distance including an ice cream shop and a convenience store. public transport is available to access the rest of the island so next time we used the car was checkout time- highly recommended

A Dream Vacation
We stayed here for our Honeymoon and it was simply like a dream! The view from the balcony is hands down the best place to watch the sunset it at! Being able to walk down the steps and be a the beach was so perfect! We feel in love with this place and are already trying to plan a trip to go back!

This condo is not only on the beach, it has perfect sunset views and easy access to a sparsely crowded beach area. Very convenient (walking distance) to several restaurants. The tv was challenging to 2 old people - but we got it going (lucky). We will be back. Steve & Debbie

Amazing location!!!
The unit is right on the water with beautiful views! The location is perfect, within walking distance of several places to eat and shop. The condo is equipped with everything we needed! There are some stairs to get to the unit, but going up makes the view even better!

Beach getaway
My husband, teen daughter, and I stayed in this cute condo for a week. Absolutely loved the location for beach time, sunsets, and walking to local restaurants, shops, rentals. Property manager contacted us before our arrival since previous renters had some issues with the pullout couch. It was fixed in a timely manner, with as little disruption to our stay as could be. We’d absolutely stay here again!
