The house and property are even more impressive than is shown on the website! It’s a beautiful property and the backyard is beyond spectacular! We took advantage of all the amenities: pickleball, the pool, hot tub, corn hole, the fire pit, the game room with lots of alfresco dining! The beds were so comfortable, we even asked the hostess to tell us where they were purchased! Mimi is the best VRBO hostess we have ever had. She was so attentive and responsive to needs. She sent over facial tissues and a vegetable peeler when I couldn’t find either one. This was the perfect spot for three 50 yr old siblings and our spouses to come together from around the country to celebrate our parents’ 80th birthdays. The house was so well stocked with daily use items like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher and laundry detergents that we never had to leave the property to buy more! Mimi is so well organized and made our trip so much more relaxing with her easy check-in and super easy check-out procedures. We will definitely plan to return to Riverview Retreat!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our large group of adults and kids — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The outdoor area was a huge highlight: we used the pool, pickleball court, and mini golf every day! It truly felt like our own private resort.Inside, the house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and have fun. The host was wonderful — very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our trip and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very close to IMG Academy, grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

AMAZING!!

We couldn’t recommend staying at Riverview Retreat enough! It made our family trip to FL more comfortable and enjoyable than any hotel could’ve! There were 11 adults, 5 kids and 2 babies and the house had plenty of room for us all to have privacy. It was clean, cute, and provided hours of entertainment with its pool, mini golf, fire pit, etc. The host went above and beyond with great communication and last minute let us stay a little longer since a different reservation got canceled. A pool light burnt out while we were there and she was right on getting it replaced for us! Not to mention the s’more kit provided which was a huge hit with the kids! Every need was covered from the pool fence, which kept littles away from the pool, to beach chairs and umbrellas, to plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. The location was nice and quiet with plenty to do close by. 100 % stay here if you want a fantastic experience!!

We had a wonderful stay with our friends for the holiday. The property accommodated everyone with room to spare! We had a few questions as we settled in but Mimi was responsive and the minor issues were fixed quickly. We would all highly recommend the retreat to others!

Perfect getaway

This house was perfect for our group that was in town for a long weekend. The house has so many comfortable places to hang out and spend time together or find a little nook away from everyone for some quiet time. The outdoor area is amazing with room for everyone. Our host Mimi was amazing! The communication with me starting weeks before our stay until check out was more than anyone could ask for. I highly recommend staying here!

Happy 50th to me!

WOW, what a place. My family and friends total enjoyed the place. Two major hurricanes went through the area and the host stayed in communication the whole time. Great place for family reunions or big B-days. The area was devastated but fortunately family was still able to enjoy our time. Our family will be back!

The best vacation rental!

We are a big family and we all felt very comfortable at the house. We always had something to do inside and outside, we will definitely come back! The host is very friendly and easy to talk and she was always there just in case we needed something. All the check in process was also very easy. We just loved every minute in this place!!

The property manager was fantastic to work with. The house could not have been better stocked. The pool and other outdoor features were enjoyed by everyone. Would recommend this one as one of the best.

Couldn’t ask for more!

We had our four sons and their wives and grandchildren ages 8 months to 8 years and found everyone enjoyed the space at Riverview Retreat! Mimi thought of every little detail right down to a welcome s’mores basket! The mini golf, pool toys, floats and the pool and enclosed back yard kept the children entertained. We didn’t need to leave the house, everything was right there! House was spic and span clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our week of vacation! Thank you Mimi!

Wow! Love it

Hospitality of host was amazing. Perfect location close to everything. We had family and friends and we all could spread out. Host has plenty activities we could participate in if we stayed in the home. It had all the necessary items needed. Beds slept great. Pillows were down filled. Plenty of towels for beach and home. All the necessary beach items. We would stay there again or any of the homes this host had.

Get property and great host

Would have give the host and property a 10 if possible. The host was very easy to get hold of and would take care of all of our needs. We had our family Christmas there with ages ranging from 2 to 61. Would recommend the place to anyone and would stay there again if we go to Florida again.

Outstanding rental home!

Mimi's house was just amazing! Everything was exactly as described on line. We were a group of 15 (9 adults and 6, 16-year old girls) and there was so much space for all us to spread out. The girls all were able to stay together in the fun bunk bed room, and the adults had plenty of sleeping space as well. We really appreciated all of the different areas that we could spread to/hang out in - the girls could be in the tv room with the pool table and game table, or out at the pool - and we couldn't hear a thing. Adults spread out either outside, in the main TV/living room, or to the game room - again, more than enough space for us to find our own happy place. The amenities were great - the firepit (with a ready supply of marshmallows, graham crackers, and hershey bars), the beach and pool supplies, coffee/tea, all of the different cooking tools (air fryer, tea kettle, espresso machine)....it left us wanting for nothing. Mimi was also extremely responsive and helpful the couple of times we had to reach out with a question. I would HIGHLY recommend this home!!

Best ever

We have stayed in numerous houses through VRBO during the past ten years but the Riverview Retreat was by far the best, bar none. The house is beautiful inside and out, the kitchen is extremely well equipped, the rooms are elegant, the furniture, including the beds, absolutely top notch. The pool area and the back yard with a putting green and fire pit were great. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Our three generations enjoyed the long weekend tremendously and would have stayed longer had our schedules allowed it. Mimi was a most gracious host. Our questions were answered promptly and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay.

Annual family vacation

The accommodations and the house host were outstanding. My family was so impressed with the property and thoughtful details to make our stay a 5 Star vacation that they requested we rent again if we vacation again in the area. We all simply loved the stay. I highly recommend this property.
