This stone house is surrounded by a fully enclosed landscaped garden with unobstructed views of the surrounding fields.
Enjoy a beautifully landscaped lake of approximately 700 m², ideal for fishing for carp, roach, or pike. It's even possible to add trout (check with the owner). A rowboat is available. A second pond, approximately 900 m², is located 400 meters from the cottage.
For a family stay, you'll appreciate the spacious dining room with fireplace, the well-equipped kitchen, the living room, and the four bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own sink, and a shared shower is accessible to all. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. The cottage is near a working dairy farm. Places to discover:
Gorron (4 km): Municipal swimming pool - Colmont Leisure Park (canoeing, treetop adventure park, paintball, swin golf, bike rental), Colmont River, ideal for fishing (category 1), numerous hiking trails.
Ambrières-les-Vallées (12 km): Swimming pool in summer, mini-golf, pedal boats, horseback riding, and access to the Vélofrancette, one of the most renowned green cycle paths in France.
Remarkable gardens: Le Jardin des Renaudies in Colombiers-du-Plessis (creator of the Vanilla-Strawberry hydrangea), Le Jardin de la Pellerine, renowned for its botanical diversity.
