We stayed at the cottage while visiting Round Top, TX. It was a great little place to stay the host has thought of everything. We had a little drive every day but round top is very limited to its lodging.

The cottage is very clean and cozy. It is decorated with the cutest decorations and it’s just a beautiful place to sit and relax and enjoy what life has for us. The host Mrs Susie is the sweetest and she really cares about you and she makes sure everything is perfect for your stay.

Beautiful peaceful and serene place . The host gave thought even to the smallest detail. Who, has drinks, coffee and breakfast muffins available for you, oh wait .. Blue Bell ice cream in the freezer and a bowl of snacks on the kitchen table. I simply loved it .

We were needing a 2 night stay near brenham and when we compared rates of hotels versus this cottage, we decided to stay here. Super cute, quiet, and very welcoming. Loved the amenities and especially loved the claw foot tub. Suzy thought of everything you need when you are home away from home. OJ, kuerig coffee and plenty of pods, muffins are available. A bowl full of chips/snacks, water and cokes in fridge to. Def want to come back and explore Chappell and Brenham since all of our time was spent with wedding party.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a holiday weekend so lots of places were closed, big we saw lots of things we hadn’t seen before. The Sunshine Cottage was a very pretty and peaceful place to stay. Everything was there if we needed it. She had done instructions but not excessive. The door lock was so nice, no key to keep up with. We loved it!

Best Spot in Brenham/Chappell Hill Area!
My wife and I had our “Babymoon” here and it was unbelievable to stay here. It was a quiet street and area in Chappell Hill which was great for us to visit, walk around and enjoy the restaurants and not far at all from Brenham. The host had everything we needed, was helpful with any questions while also being quick to respond. If you’re looking for a place to stay - especially in a smaller group like my wife and I - you need to book this place. Absolutely loved and hope to return here.

Beautiful cozy little cottage
Such a cozy little cottage. Perfect stay and walking distance to the shops in town. Host has BlueBell ice cream for guest that stay and we sat on porch in the rockers eating our Bluebell. The cottage is decorated so cute and has everything you need for a perfect little getaway.
