The host was very responsive and got us in early when we didn’t account for the time change. The property was as described & they followed up a couple days after check in to make sure we were good to go. We had a party of 16 and everyone was comfortable. The laundry room with the extra fridge & the FANS in the top floor bedrooms were AMAZING. This was our first trip to broken bow & we would recommend this property & these hosts to anyone looking to stay here. Thanks for being great hosts for our 5th annual family vacation!

Incredible peaceful getaway

Very impressed with the overall condition of the property. Location was great, short 5 minute drive to the main highway. Kitchen was well stocked and made cooking easy for our group of 20. Love the downstairs bunk area, great for the kids to have their own little space and be able to spread out without annoying the adults. Tons of games, two outdoor decks to spread out on. Never ran out of hot water even with 20 people showering.

Beautiful home with everything you need

We had a great time at this property. It is a beautiful home in beautiful surroundings. No complaints at all about the home. We had 19 family members ranging in ages from 12-69 and there were places and spaces for all of us. We had a couple glitches with the internet, but it was fixed and all was well. You won't be sorry renting this home!

Church Youth Retreat

We had an amazing experience. The children enjoyed the space and the activities. The arrangement of amenities provided ample opportunity for bonding amongst the children. Furthermore the location and proximity to nature provided a wonderfully natural flair to the entire trip. Overall, an amazing experience that we would love to experience again.

Perfect for a large group!

We had the best time!! The cabin had everything we needed to make our family vacation possible. There was plenty of room to spread out which was awesome. The kids loved the playground and hunting for pinecones in the yard. The amenities were perfect! The cabin was super clean and all the beds were incredibly comfortable. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great Cabin- Great Location

Overall, this cabin and the location were great. The listing was pretty spot on in that it could sleep up to 28 and that there were two large decks. Where I think it could have been better that would have pushed me to give 5 stars- It was clear that no one had cleaned up the property in a bit of time- there were dead horseflies throughout the property, on the counters, floors, beds. The deck was full of dust and pollen. Both of these required us to clean up and get ready for use. - No binder that tells you how to use items or where items are. I had to message the host for everything which could have been avoided if there was a manual with instructions. - TV remotes in bedrooms only control off/on (or if they control more we couldn't figure it out- again no instructions).- Messaging was inconsistent on app- I continued to get what I believe was an AI agent "VLAD" who contradicted themselves several times leaving me to just say forget my request.- When I actually interacted with Megan the host, I would get what I needed, but the BOT clouded the chat and caused confusion.- The entire house is on a steep incline and while it looks like you can utilize the firepit on flat ground- that is not the case- we attempted to use the firepit one night and gave up as it was almost impossible to get to as an older group (45). The location was GREAT- trails to ride ATVs right down the road so we didn't have to trailer, the home itself is spacious and well supplied.

Amazing Place!

We took at work trip of 11 guys to this house and it was perfect! The house slept all 11 of us with ease. THIS HOUSE IS RARE in that it has so many queen and king size beds as well as a full room full of nice twin bunk beds (would be great if you had a bunch of kids or teenagers). The house came well equipped with just about everything we needed including great entertainment (fire pit, hot tub, pool table Etc.) The house is in a great area near restaurants an entertainment as well. We plan on doing retreats like this every year and we will definitely be back.

Snowstorm 2025 - Money Grab, Not Guest Safety

This weekend was for a birthday celebration that had a snowstorm intrude us and prevent a full enjoyment of the weekend. With the unpredictable weather we watched the forecast but being from the south was unsure on how bad it would impact the weekend. With the grace of mother nature and the owner we were able to get into the location earlier than the original check in time which was the only reason we were able to make it. Once we settled in, we did find that a previous review about electrical issues was still not corrected so if you're looking for a weekend to not find electrical outlets that work this is not the place. The issue arose that we received 15" - 24" of snow which was measure by walking thru it so take it what that was, talking with the others in the neighborhood property managers the owners canceled the reservations due to uncertainty on access to the property and safety of guest. Okay I can deal with that especially since the snow seen was not normal for the area, but then when we were trying to leave. With us guest that shoveled a 150' driveway to the top of the hill to access the road so we could climb out of the driveway!!! We were asked if we can update us when we depart because the cleaners need to get in, mind you we have talked to the cleaners and property manager as they almost wrecked trying to access the property due to the icy conditions. Guess the rant ends due to 1500 Characters, only want your money not your comfort or safety.
