Rock hard bed made shoulders and back hurt almost paralysed in morning and that was both of us. The room is not sound proof when doors open and close down corridor.

Everything you need for a Christmas Market trip. Use the public car park nearby for cost saving. Pool and sauna were a great benefit

Great location a 3 min walk to market square, nice bar and a decent breakfast, didn’t get chance to use the pool but saw it from the car park at the back and it looked great. Our room 201 was on the road right next to the flags, great room very spacious and a good bathroom, if you are older or have difficulty walking the trip to the room was not easy with a suitcase, elevator to second floor down a step then up 4 stairs down a corridor up a ramp round a corner up another little staircase then you reach the room. Staff were excellent and we will definitely stay again next time in Bruges
