A great hotel in the centre. Intriguing layout, decoration, secret passages and rooms (if you're nosy enough), and very quiet at night. Would definitely go back, but probably won't, because Brussels itself is a disappointing, confused and uninspiring mess. That said, if you're there because you have to be, then Craves will not disappoint! And the staff were superb.
Intriguing and slightly (but genuinely) scary corridor on mystery floor. Ended in locked room with multiple locks!

I loved the location of the property and the ease of checking in. It would be good to have a full length mirror in a position in the room where you can see the entire body to help getting dressed. The current mirrors are placed in a part of the room where you can not see yourself. Also, the key card access point is hard to find when entering the room due to complete darkness. A small fluorescent light would help. There were spider webs in multiple locations around the room including the bathroom above the towel rack.

Excellent location , staff, and breakfast!

Crave Hotel is a unique place to stay; walk to most all important sites and easy transport. Dinner was perfect for light meal or fancy celebration. Location is just at Grand Place historic district, so taxi gets you almost to the entrance.

I did not like that the hotel Craves fire alarm was activated in the middle of the time I was falling sleep around 2:30a on the 19th of September so we evácuated the hotel and waited outside for a very long time and it was cold and finally we were told that it was a false alarm but the alarm was on until 6:30a or 7:00a. I had a city tour the next day and I needed to be there at 8:00a and I did not sleep at all. I requested a one night Refund and the agent at the desk offered me a breakfast that I could not take since my nice and I were leaving to the Brussel Air port very early. The agent at the desk said that he would pass the request I asked for one night Refund to his manager and that expidia would contacto me.

Lovely hotel walkable from the train. Fantastic art throughout the hotel. A wonderful assortment of breakfast choices with a Mediterranean flair. The roasted veggies were fantastic! Walkable to parks and museums.

Harmony and wellbeing.

The experience at the hotel was truly enjoyable and memorable. I was captivated by the details that had been carefully considered in every corner. The design and arrangement of the decor created a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere. In addition, I must highlight the kindness of the staff, always attentive and willing to help. The welcome gifts represented a very thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The room, spacious and comfortable, offered spectacular views. Every aspect contributed to a perfect and satisfying stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.
