Fantastic location & staff - Let down by room

• Fantastic location - Only took a couple of minutes to walk to the Grand Place from the hotel. • Friendly & accommodating staff - Met all of our requests. • Small shop with snacks and beverages etc. in reception was an excellent addition - Albeit a bit pricey! • Standard buffet breakfast - Staff on hand & topping up throughout. • Room very small & basic (nothing to write home about) - Little to no soundproofing (luckily we are heavy sleepers) - Overall disappointed with room (no tea/coffee facilities as pictured) … OK for short stay.

Stayed 3 nights to experience the Christmas markets. Excellent location. Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble no matter how small, even had an early check in thrown in which was greatly appreciated after the travelling. Rooms were basic but ideal for a weekend. Highly recommended.

Conveniently located near Metro therefore making it a good value for money hub if you are planning to go around . Only 3 stops from the main station Garu Du Midi for Eurostar. Property is near the area where the Christmas markets are , which is our main purpose for the trip. A lot of areas to eat in . Reception area is good and functional. Overall , a good stay for a short trip (3 days ).

Great central location. Walking distance to everything in the city centre. Lovely breakfast. Only down size was size of room and bathroom. But it's a budget hotel so wouldn't expect more. Was clean and comfy.
