Great Location and Great Cabin
We normally don't leave reviews after stays, but this place warrants one. It is a great location, super convenient to town yet you still feel like you're in the mountains the way it is cited. The cabin was very clean, and extremely comfortable for our family. It makes a perfect base camp for daily excursions, and it will definitely top our list for future stays.

Exactly what we were looking for!
The cabin was spotless upon arrival and the location was exactly as described-very convenient to town. The cabin was private but not remote. The hot tub and fire pit were great and we loved viewing the stars on a clear night. The beds were very comfortable. This cabin was everything we were looking for and we would definitely stay again. Kelly was a great host and communicated promptly and clearly. Thank you for such a lovely place to escape!

Polar Express Trip
They cabin was great. Had all the amenities needed and even more. The location was perfect. It was just a couple minutes out of town, which was far enough to feel like you are in a cabin in the woods but still close enough to be useful for shopping downtown.

Annual Polar Express Train Ride
We came for our 6th annual polar express train ride as a family of four … the cabin was beautiful and secluded but not isolated. It was perfect for our trip and we enjoyed it immensely!! Short trip to town for needed items but also could not hear the traffic noise. We will be back :)

Five Stars
We have visited Bryson City every fall for the last 6 years. We have rented a different cabin each time. This was by far the best cabin we have stayed in. It was immaculately clean, perfect location, everything we needed for our stay was provided! The beds and linens were super comfortable! The hot tub was perfect on the cool nights. The fire pit was a bonus and our son loved making smores! We could not have asked for a better experience! We will be back!!

Great weekend getaway
What a great cabin in an amazing location just off the main roads of Bryson City. This secluded cabin had everything provided that you would need for your trip. The hot tub was extremely nice on cool nights. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone and will definitely return in the future. The host was very prompt with all correspondence.

Three girlfriends and I visited Bryson City for the first time and had a great time! Sleepy Oak Cabin was cute, clean, comfortable, and well stocked with items you might forget to bring. I’d give this 10 stars if I could…
Great base for my husband and I to explore the Smoky Mountains. 5-minute drive to the cute town of Bryson City with restaurants and a few shops. It’s walkable but you’ll have a steep hill coming home. Absolutely fantastic property where you feel like you’re in the woods. Extremely clean and the extras like little shampoo, shower gels, spices, K-cups, etc. were above and beyond—and greatly appreciated. Can’t wait to get back there soon for more R&R!

Perfect Cabin, Birthday Getaway!
From the moment I drove up, I was impressed with this cabin and grounds. Once I opened the door to the cabin, I felt at home with the decorations, and it was stocked with everything you needed. The beds are absolutely amazing. The shower heads are awesome. You do not want to get out of the shower. The hot tub and fire pit speak for themselves. Location is just an extra bonus...close to everything! I will be back!

This cabin made us feel right at home. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and happy. The reclining couch seats, the beds, and the jacuzzi were so comfortable after a day of adventures. We hope to return to this private, yet close to town, beautiful cabin!

Great Stay in Bryson City
Great location, clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy to access and easy owners to communicate with. We really enjoyed being on the deck, lots of birds and just very peaceful in the shade. The bakery in town is 5 stars too.
