Villa contemporaine à Lush, Tropical, Private Paradise

Cette villa contemporaine avec de grandes fenêtres et portes vitrées est construite autour d'une piscine et d'un jardin tropical luxuriant. Une grande pièce avec un plafond en flèche comprend un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine et une entrée où la famille et les amis peuvent se réunir confortablement. Une grande terrasse couverte offre des espaces supplémentaires pour manger et se détendre. Cette propriété est complètement privée et très romantique.

Chaque chambre a sa propre terrasse privée. Il y a une suite parentale avec lit king size et salle de bain en marbre au premier étage. Une deuxième chambre au premier étage a deux lits simples (qui peuvent être convertis en un lit king size) et salle de bain privée ainsi qu'une troisième chambre d'amis avec un lit queen au rez-de-chaussée. En outre, il y a une deuxième suite parentale romantique avec lit queen et salle de bain privée au deuxième étage.
La terrasse du troisième étage offre une vue panoramique sur les montagnes et l'océan. Notre villa est à seulement trois pâtés de maisons des célèbres plages de sable blanc pour lesquelles Bucerias est célèbre.

The minute we walked through the gate we knew we were in the right spot. The house is beautiful, the yard is private, and we were within walking distance of all the good things.

Bliss in Bucerias
We loved this house, from the layout and the lovely decor to the spacious rooms and beautiful pool area! It was the perfect spot for our family of four and my in-laws to relax and explore Bucerias. The house is quiet and private but still within walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. The house manager, Adam, was super helpful, too. We highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

Amazing holiday in Bucerias
Our group spent 2 amazing weeks at this villa. Adam was so helpful from assisting us with airport transfers to dinner reservations. The property was very well maintained. Rooms were spacious and we all really enjoyed the outdoor space. Short walk to the beach and numerous wonderful restaurants.

Exceptional stay in beautiful Bucerias
My family, which consists of my husband, three adult daughters, two son-in-laws and our 10 month old grandson stayed at this truly wonderful property for just under two weeks. The house was perfect for us and the layout is ideal. The pool and yard are beautifully cared for, super private and gorgeous. It is an easy walk to a great swimming beach, loads of restaurants, grocery and other shopping…truly everything we needed/wanted was within easy walking distance. Adam, the house manager, was super helpful in getting us set up with a snorkeling tour and transportation - moving a group of our size was made so easy with his assistance. The house was super clean and very hardworking cleaning staff came in and did supplemental cleans twice during our stay. We absolutely loved our time at this house and definitely plan to return.

Well maintained and private. Everything is within easy walking distance. So glad beach towels, chairs and beach umbrellas were provided. Adam, the property manager was wonderful. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay in this tropical villa. The villa was spacious and clean. We had maid service 3 times during our 10 day stay. Adam was a great property manager and addressed our issues. While we enjoyed the property, I'm giving this stay a 4 rating. That is because the air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom was broken when we arrived and was not fixed the whole time we stayed. While the house manager worked hard to get it fixed, we essentially could not use that bedroom because of the temperature. Therefore, our 4 bedroom house turned into a 3 bedroom house. And while the pool was a nice addition, unfortunately it was too cold for swimming or dipping. The pool stays in the shade the whole day and never warms up enough to use.

Great house for big family.
Overall very comfy. A little hard to find in the dark. Lovely big spaces inside for gathering although outside gathering space a bit tight when extended family of 20 arrived for a visit. Pool a little on the cool side but the kids loved it. Well equipped kitchen, close to grocery store. Beach access just 4 blocks down. Awesome cleaning person and house very nice. manager very helpful. Very nice place to stay.

This home is lovely and exactly as depicted in the photos. My family had a great time but found the pool water a bit cold. The stairway is a bit daunting for those of us who are not comfortable with heights. The beach is close by, but the cobblestone street was very difficult for my sister to walk on. The sidewalks were not "user-friendly" either. I would only recommend this home to a younger family.

Amazing Place
Awesome place Adam was there to answer or help us with any questions we had immediately. Emma was the sweetest ever cleaning lady. The place was amazing when she left. The gardener and pool guy, sorry i wasnt able to meet them did a great job as well. We had a group of 10 adults and there was definitely enough room for all of us. Walking distance to everything. We rented a golf cart which was definitely an asset when running to the grocery store which was only a couple of blocks away. We wont mention any particular restaurants as you cant get a bad meal anywhere. Highly recommend this property. All had a wonderful time. Thank you all.

Wonderful vacation
We had a wonderful 1-week vacation in Bucerias. The house is an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. There is even a grocery store in walking distance. The house was very clean, Adam the house manager arranged for Emma to clean twice during our stay. She was lovely and very thorough. The kitchen is really well equipped. The pool was fantastic, we swam every day. Adam was incredibly helpful, he arranged transport for us from the airport and had restaurant and transportation recommendations for us during our stay. We had a great stay and would gladly recommend this home!

We all had a wonderful stay at Casa de Los Suenos. Our two weeks was not nearly long enough. It was the perfect gathering spot for our weeks long birthday celebrations. Thank you to the tireless workers who kept the house, pool and gardens looking wonderful during our stay.

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday in Bucerías. The house was perfect for our needs (7 adults). It was comfortable, well furnished, and close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Adam and Emily were great hosts; always available to answer questions or make arrangements for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely time in Bucerias
We had a great time with our two young kids at Justin’s house in Bucerias. August is really hot there and things are sort of slower and quiet, which we actually liked! We loved being able to cool off all day in the pool, and the beach is close and convenient. Adam and Emily, the house managers, were incredibly helpful and responsive. The staff take wonderful care of the house and it is fully stocked with anything you need. We’d definitely recommend!

Amazing house in Bucerias!
My family and I had an amazing vacation, and this house was perfect! The house and pool are a peaceful oasis in a beautiful town. Very clean and comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and market. We can't wait to come back again soon!

Casa De Los Suenos is a little bit of Paradise. The home is comfortable, clean and the grounds are private. We loved it the minute we walked thru the door to meet Adam who greeted us with warmth & hospitality. Both Adam & owner Justin guided us thru the rental process with patience & a sense of humour & no questions were left unanswered. Thank you fo lovely Emma for her attention to our comforts. We would love to return to Bucerias & its charming atmosphere..

An Excellent Stay at Casa De Los Suenos
The house was everything we anticipated. It was clean and comfortable for our group of seven adults. The location is perfect for enjoying the town of Bucerias, spending the afternoon on the beach or enjoying the shady patio and pool area. The pool is not heated and is in the shade almost 100% of the time, so it was "refreshing" to say the least. Thank you for the great accommodations for our vacation.

We've been staying at Suenos since 2004, we obviously really love it!
The house mixes modern amenities with beautiful classic architecture. The patio and pool are one of our favorite places on Earth. The villa has complete privacy, very peaceful and quiet too. The roof top deck has just stunning veiws- we love to chill up there and have drinks at night and breakfast in the am Suenos is an opulent get away for a couple (we just did this) and is great for a family or group of friends. Bucerias is a wonderful place with amazing restaurants and bars- its sort of like how i imagine a small California beach town to have been in preWW2 its very charming A very large modern grocery store is a block away called Chederau think a Super Target meets whole foods with booze too and open late Or Betos Bodega is just at the end of the block its a Mexican 7-11 basically Cant say enough about Suenos we truly love the place and look forward to going every year!
