Cette propriété est dans un emplacement fantastique à proximité de la plage de Widemouth Bay, l'une des meilleures plages de surf du sud-ouest et sur le sentier côtier du sud-ouest. La maison est équipée pour plaire aux surfeurs, marcheurs, golfeurs et familles dans une égale mesure.
Faisant partie du nouveau développement de luxe de Black Rock, la maison est équipée du chauffage au sol, d'un poêle à bois, d'un petit jardin abrité en pierre dans lequel vous pourrez profiter d'un barbecue ou d'un verre de vin protégé des brises de la mer, d'un jardin commun gazonné, d'un parking pour deux personnes voitures, abri de planche de surf cadenassé, douche extérieure, Sky TV, Wi-Fi et Sony PlayStation.
La maison offre trois chambres, deux doubles et une twin, avec une double et une twin avec salle de bain. Il y a une chambre double au rez-de-chaussée avec salle de douche attenante, idéale pour ceux qui ont des difficultés à monter les escaliers. La salle à manger / cuisine / salon décloisonné s'ouvre par des portes-fenêtres donnant sur un petit jardin en pierre.
À seulement 5 minutes à pied, vous trouverez l'excellent comptoir de poisson frais dans la boutique du village local qui vend tous les produits essentiels du quotidien. Il y a aussi une sélection de pubs / restaurants à 10-15 minutes à pied servant une excellente cuisine et des boissons locales. Le centre de Bude et ses plages sont à 5 minutes en voiture.

Lovely property in a great location for the beach
Had a lovely stay. There were 4 of us, my 3 teenagers and me. House was great and had everything we needed. It is small though and would have been too small if there had been more of us, even though it sleeps 6/7 Lovely patio area for morning sun. No afternoon or evening sun though…… but plenty of sun on the beach!!

The property is much smaller than the photos show, and I would find it hard to fit 7 guests in comfort anywhere. The bunk bed arrangement is therefore obviously for childen or very small people. Not clear on advertisement. On the good side, towels, glasses, dining stuff, and beds were excellent.

Schönes Haus unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand
Die Anreise verlief sehr unkompliziert, die Schlüssel befinden sich im Schlüsselsafe. Die Anreise ab 17 Uhr erscheint etwas sehr spät, wir sind zwar nicht früher angekommen, haben uns aber die Zeit bis dahin vertreiben müssen. Auch die Abreise bis 9:30 Uhr passte gut für uns, aber erscheint ein kleines bisschen früh. Das Haus ist sauber, die Ausstattung gut. Es fehlen in der Küche größere Töpfe und scharfe Messer. Ansonsten ist vieles vorhanden. Besonders nett war das leckere Willkommensgeschenk, das wir komplett vernascht haben. Anfangs fehlte uns ein Wäscheständer, der uns aber prompt am Montagmorgen nachgereicht wurde. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich, die Betten allerdings wirklich sehr weich. Das Haus befindet sich mit mehreren Häusern als Reihenhaus um eine Rasenfläche herum. Nur die kleine Terrasse gehört direkt zum Haus. Da ist Privatsphäre nicht immer gegeben. Richtig super ist die Aussendusche, damit man den Sand vom Strand direkt abspülen kann. Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen (auch am Strand), es steht sogar ein kurzer Schlauch zur Verfügung, um sie nach dem Sandstrand unkompliziert abzuduschen. Der wunderschöne Strand liegt direkt hinter den Häusern und wird tagsüber bewacht, was bei den Strömungen, Tidehüben und Wellengang auch wirklich notwendig ist. Alle Leute sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Café um die Ecke richtig nett. Um in Bude einkaufen oder essen zu gehen, ist ein Auto notwendig. Bude bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt, mehrere gute Supermärkte, einen Wochenmarkt, gute Restaurants, schönes Urlaubs-Shopping.

The cafe next door provides a wide variety of wonderful food and the location, a short walk to the beach, is perfect if you have an active pet. Although the house is small it was perfect for our family break. However everybody found the chairs very uncomfortable

A great location in Widemouth bay
A great house, a stones through from the beach with surf hire and a great cafe. Only a short walk to a small shop, cafe and a restaurant. The house is modern, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and furniture should the weather turn.

3 bed property, easy walk to a dog friendly and beautiful beach. Very well equipped terraced house (no direct sea view), located with 8 houses in a u-shaped design. Fab location for North Cornwall - easy access to Bude, Boscastle, Tintagel etc. Good support from owners with minor issues

We have just spent a week in Atlantic Air and what an amazing week we’ve had.
Amazing location right next to the beach. Lovely property, very clean and well stocked with all the essentials you would need for a self catering holiday. Excellent communication with the owner and covid safe. There’s a nice little cafe next door which serves food all day and into the evening and they also have a bar and a little shop with beach essentials. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to be right next to the beach.

Perfect little cottage by the sea
Lovely cottage for a family in a perfect location. The living kitchen dinner is a bit smaller than it looks on the pictures but is perfectly big enough for a family. The bedrooms are lovely and kitchen is really well equipped for lots of meals and cooking. James the property manager was incredibly helpful, even when we had some plumbing issues on Christmas Eve. I hope you fix the drainage as the sink and shower in the main bedroom were unusable as was and the drainage of the bath in the kids room which was also off putting. Otherwise, great holiday let. Thank you!

The property was ideally situated and very close to the beach and amenities. We love Widemouth Bay and know the area well. The input from James was helpful and his responses were immediate. The property was spacious but the seating in the lounge was minimal and uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and modern. The outside space was small but adequate and we enjoyed a couple of barbecues out there. We enjoyed a very relaxing holiday with the bonus of very good weather! Overall, we felt the property was a little bit tired and could do with soft furnishings and curtains updating.

Perfect location to suit our families different interests and central to the plans we had made.
Easy check in, Corona aware with additional cleaning ahead of arrival and after leaving. No issues at all with the property or the owners, just the neighbouring houses dogs barking at 6:00am and walking over our frontage.

Amazing location!!!!! only 3 mns walk to the beach with a lovely cafe and activities for kids (playground, children kart, etc.). The beach and walks along the coast are stunning. Lots to do around! The house is really comfortable, well equipped. Nick is such a nice owner and easily reachable to answer all your questions.

Had a great time however not enough room downstairs for 6 to sit comfortably, in the evening. The ensuite upstairs woke the house up when you flushed the toilet. We also rescued 2 birds trapped in the log burner , on 2 separate occasions, so you might want to cap the flue. Very tidy and clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Location perfect for the beach.

Beautiful house , great location
This is a beautiful house, a2 minute walk to the beach. Widemouth bay is a beautiful setting and the beach is great - lifeguards on duty, bodyboarders and surf schools, dog friendly. The property has 3 large bedrooms, 2 en-suite and a separate bathroom which could be just for 3rd bedroom use. Really comfortable living area and well equipped kitchen. Fabulous holiday there, would recommend
