Excellent location for a retreat with a small group, whether its you and your honey, or friends. In our case it was both 😊
We do a quarterly getaway with our friends, and this time we wanted something more than a trip to a fancy hotel in a big city. The house was warm and inviting. Lots of instructions on how to use WiFi and use the TV, but why would you want such things when it comes to being here? Board games, food and booze for the win!
We did run into an issue that the hot tub wasn't operational, which Evolve took care of for us. Slightly disappointing, however, we went with Plan B and visited the Mount Princeton Hot Springs for a day $40/person.
The river was a bit steep to access, but was accessible for fit bipedal creatures like us.
We do feel like the home could have had more cookware, utensils, pot/pan lids didn't really fit, and better quality trash bags.. the trash bags tore on us a couple times with minimal items in it..
The mattresses were surprisingly comfy. While the home does only sleep 4 people, I feel like it could accommodate a couple more. We had friends from a couple hours away come visit for the day, but they had to drive home once nightfall came. Kinda crappy considering the windy roads and wildlife on their journey, when there are 2 large couches that could've been used if needed.
All in all, we would definitely stay here again.
