Very cosy chalet "Chalet Larix", 2 storeys, detached. In a quiet, sunny position on a slope. Private: natural state property, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying room. Motor access to 50 m from the grounds. In Winter: please take snow chains. 50 m steep footpath to the house. Parking, single garage at 150 m. Grocery 4 km, restaurant, bus stop 450 m, railway station "Visp" 12 km. Chair lift, slopes 500 m, ski school 1 km.
4-room chalet 100 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, very comfortable and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace, dining nook and digital TV. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the patio. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin. Bath/WC. Electric heating. Large balcony, patio. Balcony furniture, deck chairs.
