The property, lake views and house are beautiful!The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, ping pong room, golf/movie room and outside pool space were great for our group. The house wasn’t as clean as we would have expected and it lacked amenities such as pool towels, outside seating, hooks to hang suits and towels outside, no kitchen towels…just little washcloth sized clothes that seemed well used, very little bar glassware…could only find 2 mismatched wine glasses. Kitchen drawers were messy, there was no dish rack or drying mats for doing dishes, pantry was full of random stuff, the putside kitchen area had dirty countertops & the bbq was not clean at all, so everything we grilled caught on fire. An old grill brush was sitting in standing water under the grill…pretty gross so had to buy one on day 2 to scrape the grill. Toilets had rings in them so obviously not cleaned before we arrived!! Ice machine didn’t work on fridge and the filter light was on to replace water filter. Keurig coffee maker didn’t work. A house this nice and for the price we would expect a cleaner more appointed space. Felt like all the kitchen stuff was older used pots and pans etc. There is no trash can in the bar game room area or an ice-maker which would be nice. Really only one trash can in the kitchen for a house that sleeps 18, besides small bathroom cans. Beautiful house, great location & space for a group. Needs some attention to detail with the cleaning & needs more & nicer amenities.
