This basically a Motel . The room had a wet smell . The microwave was so dirty with leftover food even told front desk no one still came to clean microwave. The sheets were black with spots i purchased my own sheet, blanket, & pillow from a nearby Walmart . The shower knob had like a black molded ring around it . They need to be shut down

We canceled upon arrival, was not disclosed that you have to pay a $100 deposit even if paying with a credit card. I was on a budget traveling for my daughter’s medical appointment. I couldn’t afford to pay the room plus a deposit for it not to be returned immediately upon check out.

Staff were great- my room was clean & nice. Breakfast options limited - would like to have hot water for tea & packages of oatmeal - the hot water canister had lukewarm water 2 mornings of my stay. Fruit- even whole fruit would be nice. Great rate for my room though so I made hot water in my room with the coffee maker. Enjoyed my stay.

Great customer service! We got in late and the clerk on duty was awesome. Got us checked in quickly and was really friendly. The only disappointment was the breakfast they served.
