The fully fenced garden and gated pool provide a safe and secure environment for children.
The primary bedroom, positioned at the east end of the house, offers a king-sized bed, private access to a peaceful lounge retreat, and an accessible ensuite with a spacious walk-in rain shower with a handrail. At the western end, three additional bedrooms provide flexible accommodation, including a queen room with sliding doors opening directly to the pool terrace and a unique ensuite featuring a double shower. Two more bedrooms each offer two single beds, and share a main bathroom with a deep soaking tub and views out to the pool area.
Laundry facilities with a washer and dryer, and ample parking space add to your everyday convenience.
Firewood is provided during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
