At just a stones throw out of Dunsborough town centre, but on a quiet cul-de-sac which backs onto a nature reserve, you really get best of both worlds here.
The local beach, which is only a short stroll down the hill, is netted and has well-maintained bbq facilities, so it’s great for families with young kids, plus there’s also a nice coffee van which parks there every day for a good morning cuppa.
The property itself is as new in the photos as it is in real life, and the garden is great for dogs (we’re have two mini dachshunds, and there was nowhere for them to escape from/to, plus there’s a dog door into the yard which made life nice and easy). Just watch out for the (big, but seemingly friendly) blue tongue lizard which lives there too :)
