The home is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The listing needs to be updated to let the renter know that there isn’t air conditioning in the common areas of the home. There are wonderful breezes there however the home does not have screens in the windows making it difficult in a hot climate with no AC to use the breezes that could make the home confortable. We had to open the windows to be able to use the inside spaces only to battle flies and mosquitoes. There was also a note about only using the AC in the bedrooms for 10 hours a day as electricity is extremely expensive in the DR. Screens would be a bonus and make the common area more enjoyable. The pool was a wonderful feature of this home. If the owner would make this update to the property, this would be an outstanding rental.
