The apartment is situated in the center of Cagliari, next to the famous Street Largo Carlo Felice, very near to the historic center, the ancient city walls and the Bastion and Piazza Yenne. In 300m walking distance you are at the harbor, the train and bus station, the town hall and Via Roma (the main road along the harbor). Banks, shops, restaurants are only a few minutes walking away.
Strolling around the narrow alleys of the Marina Quarter with all theirs restaurants and little shops is a must.
The Palazzo Nobile was completely restored in 2017. That means new windows, a new lift, new electrical cables and water pipes, new air-conditioning and new interior. All walls are new insulated agains heat/cold and acoustic noise.
I've set great value on a good working small office with speedy internet. So if you are for business reasons in Cagliari I want you feel at home.
The little kitchen is well equipped but without a dish washing machine, as I think you will try the good restaurants nearby. You will find a list of my preferred restaurants and other tips in the apartment.
A well assorted supermarket, a bar for breakfast and coffee, and a pharmacy are nearly next door.
Busstops are in minutes of walking distance.
If you need a parking place you can hire it for 10€ to 12 € a day (depending of the season). The parking is in the courtyard of the Palazzo.
