I was taking a vacation to Egypt with not a big plan where to go and what to see. For me it was mainly about the Pyramids and the Sphinx. When I arrived they had already provided me with a week of fully planned out tours. The only thing I had to do, was paying and being up and ready for the tour to start. And the prices are more than fair. Great tour guides with a lot of knowledge and they keep you hydrated. If you stumble across this hotel, I'll highly recommend the Fayoum tour. The service and personal were more than kind and didn't waste a second to help the customer. They gave you a great feel of appreciation and i like that as a customer. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and seeing myself visiting Egypt again sometime. And as a little tip: If you are looking for souvenirs to buy, go to Franks Bazaar. It's right next to the hotel. Really nice guy, with trustworthy prices.

Owner is cheating people. He is advertising a family room, with kitchen, lounge and seperate bedroom - but none exist. We were shoved into a tiny and very noisy, single room, despite having a reservation for a family room. The hotel had not contacted us in advance, and tried to hoodwink us on arrival by saying we had made a mistake with our booking. It was only when we showed them the photos and reservation from the Ebookers app, that they admitted they had no family room. At 10pm, we could not find another hotel and had no choice but to stay. Our young child was too tired to go on a hotel hunt. In addition, the place is undergoing major building work, and stinks of adhesives and other chemicals. We all had headaches the next morning from the fumes. The building work continues into the night, every night, regardless of guest requests to stop the noise. On our first night, the building work was still going at 11pm, despute us asking 4 times for it to stop. The place is tiny, so the noise could be heard in every room. The hotel is a building site and should not be open. The owner never apologised to us or offered any refund. His arrogance and deception is appalling. Anyone thinking of booking, think twice. Yes there is a great view, but there are 10 other similar priced hotels on the same road, with an identical view overlooking the sphinx and pyramids. There is nothing unique about the place. We have taken photos of the true state of this venue, to share with Ebookers

Hi MaryThank you for your note, we appreciate your feed back , I agree with you was renovation going on few older rooms and your apartment was in the middle of this building the time of work we from 10am to 6 pm while all guest are out in tours , we tried many times to explain that your apartment not acceptable for safeWe offered you many other rooms with the best view of the all the pyramids and great sphinx even the owner suite at the roof top that where you ended ,we are very sorry for the inconvenience and the trouble of moving and thank you for accepting the free airport pickup , you may read some of our review you learn that we do everything we can to please our guest Please accept my apologies
