The photos in the advert did not match the short fall from this property owner. We had to clean the house
hair in the shower and sinks, stove and exhaust canopy dirty, the kichen sink stained and not cleaned, rubbish left in both bins, No proper sheet set for the beds, stained pillows, used doonars - smelly, coffee machine dirty, we cleaned the house, washed the sheets, took a stack of photos. Waited for the next day to contact the owner, all we recieved was a agressive person that did not care about the short falls in his property, we recorded thecphone conversation, he was that irate.
Decided to contact stayz help line, on conversation with them we moved out that day on day 2.
No refund has been offered from the owner, and stayz are still processing the problems.
