We have stayed here 3 time in under 3 months. First time was great, 2nd time ok, this time terrible. The room was not as clean as I feel it should be. Dirty wall. Some room furniture left not cleaned, and the carpet was extremely stained. There was only one roll of toilet paper. We were woken up at 3:30am by other guest slamming doors, laughing and talking extremely loud, and stoping around. I feel like I wasted my money staying here and should have picked a different hotel.

We have stayed here 3 times in under 3 months. First time was great, second time was ok, this time terrible. The room was far from properly clean. Dirty wall. A few other areas that should be cleaned not clean. The carpet was extremely dirty. The front deak staff was not very friendly this time as well as last time. Feel like I wasted my money. Should have stayed somewhere else

The hot tub by the pool didnt work and the one in our room was small, not a two person tub, with jets that are located randomly and dont hit any part of your body. Breakfast was good.

Shuttle service was good and the bed was comfortable. Caulking In The shower had orange mildew stains that needs to be addressed. Floor near the jet tub was noisy as well. Overall, it met our needs.

It was a good stay. Shower head leaked at connection to pipe. Vending machine was out of a few drink selection in evening.

This place needs a major renovation. The hot tub was not hot and the jets did not work, staff were not welcoming. The basement rooms are terrible overall bad experience for the price paid
