We always stay on the top floors. Having access to the lounge is always a nice add on. The only complaint this time is we were in room 605, which is below the lounge, and you could hear footsteps early in the morning when open for breakfast

The property itself was amazing. We will book again even though we are not impressed. Basically we were on the executive floor which we obviously paid for for a reason… we expected quiet and clean. Which it was 1/2 of those. We don’t get a lot of time away as a couple let alone time away in general as my husband is away for work a lot and we have a 2 year old… anyways between the hours of 11pm-2am was awful. There were loud people on our floor all night. We called the front desk at 11:30 and thought it would make a difference. It did not. I’m pretty sure whenever security would come up they would listen for the ding of the elevator and quiet right down. I should’ve called in again and I do regret that. All in all good property itself just timing was bad with Christmas parties and drunks

Unfortunately one of the elevators were broken so waiting time was inconvenient. When booking we didn’t realize the sauna and hot tub would be closed for the winter months, other hotels still have these outside facilities open during those months
