House of 240m2 is located between the towns of Sant Antoni de Calonge and Palamós 3km from the beach, 5km from Platja d'Aro and 40km from Girona Airport. It is distributed on three floors with a large outdoor garden area and a totally private pool open all year with barbecue. It has a bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor, two bedrooms with two bathrooms on the main floor and a double bedroom with a terrace on the upper floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Philips Senseo coffee machine, flat screen TV, AC, heating, wifi throughout the property , private garage and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the entrance you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Groups under 28 years old are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
