Nous recommandons cette location. Très bien placé pour aller dans le centre de Calvi. Proche de la mer et des commerces Maison très propre bien équipée, calme avec un barbecue Les propriétaires sont disponibles au moindre soucis et nous indiques les beaux sites à visiter. En 10 jours visite à Bastia, St Florent, Porto, Pigna St Antinino, Ile rousse, les Calanques de Piana, Calvi, Sagogne, Cargèse, Galéria donc maison très bien situé. Très bon séjour à Calvi!!!

Le studio est assez spacieux, pas trop loin de la plage et du centre ville de Calvi (15 min à pied). Propreté de la cuisine Bof… Des éponges pleines de cheveux, un torchon qui n'essuie pas et qui laisse des peluches et des saletés sur la vaisselle, de même pour les serviettes de douche. Mais au moins, il y a le matériel ! (qui à emmener en avion est galère).

Site calme au milieu de la campagne, excellent rapport qualité/prix, parking, studette confortable et bien équipée, à moins de 15 minutes à pied du centre de Calvi, et la moitié pour accéder à la plage. Commerces à proximité, accueil très gentil, très facile d'échanger avec l'hôte. Merci beaucoup, je recommande.

Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sie war sauber und hatte Matratzen auf denen wir gut schlafen konnten. Das WLAN Signal kam bei uns nur schwach an. Ansonsten gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Host eccezionali per una location spartana ai piedi di Calvi
Abbiamo trovato un’ospitalità eccezionale e grande disponibilità da parte dei gestori di questi monolocali un po’ spartani e ad 1 km di distanza a piedi dal mare e ad un paio chilometri di passeggiata dal centro di calvi. I monolocali sono dotati dei principali benefit necessari in vacanza (lenzuola, biancheria, accessori per la cucina, asse e ferro da stiro, stendibiancheria, ombrellone, bollitore, forno a microonde, etc). Dalla descrizione della location, a voler essere precisi, non si era capito che lo spazio esterno dedicato ad ogni monolocale era una sorta di patio che affacciava su un grosso cortile comune assolutamente non recintato non chiuso e pertanto privo di privacy e non adatto soprattutto a chi ha cani che tendono ad allontanarsi. È comodo l’ampio parcheggio a ridosso delle stanze. Ci permettiamo di consigliare di adottare zanzariere perché il numero di api e zanzare e falene che visitano la stanza di sera può essere davvero fastidioso. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari colma comunque ogni tipo di piccolo possibile disagio.

Un bel posto
Gli appartamenti di Antoine sono molto accoglienti, carini e comodi per la posizione. Bellissimo il cortile davanti ogni appartamento in cui puoi fare il barbecue. Unico problema il wifi non prende bene da tutte le case, quindi se avete necessità di una connessione stabile attrezzatevi con un vostro dispositivo.

Studio en rdc avec belle terrasse très propre et très bien équipé,dans petit domaine avec barbecue individuel en pierre . Endroit calme À proximité de tous commerces et restaurants. Accessible même à pied. Calvi centre à 1.8km. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances grâce à la location, la bienveillance du propriétaire qui donne des informations touristique en connaissant bien cette belle île qui porte bien son nom et à ses paysages magnifiques. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir Merci encore au propriétaire pour cet agréable séjour

Ich hatte die letzte Wohnung in diesem Komplex. Sie war sauber beim ankommen und gut ausgestattet. Leider hatte ich gar kein WLAN in der Wohnung. 4G/5G funktionierte ebenso nicht. Außerdem waren wenig Steckdosen vorhanden. Für wen diese Sachen egal sind oder wer mehr Glück bei der Appartmentverteilung hat, der kann hier einen super Aufenthalt haben!
